Free delivery on all orders over £250.00 excluding VAT to all UK Mainland adresses. All other orders will incur a cost of £6.75 + VAT. Deliveries are normally made within 3 working days. If you item is required urgently please call us and we will try to accommodate.
Returns are excepted on most items (please see website for exclusions). Returns must be logged with us within 7 working days of the receipt of the order and returned to us within 14 working days.
Returns are at the expense of the client unless we have made an error with the order. All items must be unopened and in perfect selling order as received.
Due to the nature of the products on the site and the cost of sending them, we will charge a minimum 20% re-stocking for all returns plus carriage. VAT will be charged on top of the returns and carriage costs.
Special order items cannot be returned or cancelled once an order is placed (special order items refer to tabour cupboards ordered in non standard colours that are not available off the shelf, as identified on our site)
All returns must be requested by email and made within 24 hours of receipt. All items must be in their original box, and in mint condition. All packaging must also be free of damage and as new.
Items that are received damaged or incorrcet must be reported within 24 hours. We are unable to accept claims that are made outside of this period. Replacement products will be sent out within 24 hours, subject to availability.
If the cartons have been opened we cannot then resell them as new , so a full refund will not be given on item.
